Steve Dull, Senior Consultant: Steve was until recently Director of Mapping and Reapportionment for the Pennsylvania House Republican Caucus. In that capacity he headed up the staff efforts under then Majority Leader John Perzel for the 2001 redistricting of the state House and Congressional districts. He had served on the House staff since 1973. Steve is widely viewed as an expert in Pennsylvania demographics and voting patterns. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College. Steve and his wife Gail reside in East Pennsboro Twp. Cumberland County.
