Q4.  Under this new law, the property tax and rent rebate program will be expanded to allow more senior citizens to qualify for tax relief.  In the future, revenues raised from casino gambling will be phased in to give all homeowners cuts in property taxes and voters will have more decisions at the local level to either block future tax increases or raise local income taxes as a way to further reduce property taxes.  What impact do you think this new law will have reducing your overall property tax bill – a major impact, a minor impact or no impact at all?
